How fees work
Insurance we work with
We are out of network with health plans and do not bill them. Some plans reimburse part of a visit that you paid for yourself. The plan decides, so ask yours about out-of-network chiropractic care.
If you pay yourself
You pay at the visit. What sets the fee is which parts of the visit you have: the exam, the adjustment and the Webster technique are separate lines, so you see what each part costs. The front desk gives you each line's fee in a written estimate, and your doctor tells you what a visit will cost before care begins.
Receipts for reimbursement
Ask for an itemized receipt (a superbill) at any visit. You can send it to your plan for reimbursement. The plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. We give you a written estimate before the visit.
Checking your benefits
We do not check your benefits, because we do not bill your plan. Before the first visit, call your plan and ask what it reimburses for out-of-network chiropractic care for you and for your child.
What the first visit includes
A talk about your family, an exam, and a plan your doctor explains before any care. A parent stays with the child the whole time.

The lines
A visit, line by line
The exam, the adjustment and the Webster technique are separate lines, so you see what each part of a visit costs when you ask for your estimate.
New-patient exam
A talk, an exam and a written plan. X-rays only when medically necessary.
Adjustment, baby or child
Light fingertip pressure, with a parent present.
Adjustment, adult or parent
For parents and other adults.
Webster technique
Added to an adjustment in pregnancy, its own line.
Re-exam
A shorter exam when your doctor wants to look again.
You only pay for the parts of a visit you have, and we tell you the cost before care begins.
Ask for your estimate
The front desk gives it in writing before the visit.
